Tifton Apartments

I lived at The Oaks for three years, and it truly felt like home. My experience was consistently pleasant. The staff (Michelle, Shelby, Jean) was always friendly, helpful, and professional, which made me felt welcomed. Whenever I needed maintenance, the team was quick to respond, the very same day or by the next day at the latest, which I really appreciated. Their attentiveness and warmth made my time there special. I’m grateful for the experience and would happily recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed community where people truly look out for you.

Great neighborhood to live in. Office staff and all employees communicate so well with us. It really has made our time here more enjoyable. Jean, (the office manager) has such a positive attitude and created such a welcoming atmosphere in the office for everyone who enters that office. My family and I really love where we live.

My family has lived on oak point for years last night really showed me how terrible this place is getting there was a huge party outisde I could barely get through while driving kids in the street adults as well it was almost 11PM why would this place allow this kind of stuff to be going on what happened to respecting your neighborhood it seems like they just let anyone move in those duplexes Tifton apartments needs to DO BETTER!!!!

I had rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath room apartment at Oaks at the carpenter between Aug 1 2017 and July 30 2019. They used cheap stuff to build the inside of the apartment, so, you will smell chemicals from the bad material all year long. There were mice in my apartment and my neighbors' left side and right side, upstairs as I lived there. You can smell molds in the apartment.The apartment doors are not sealed well, and had dirty spots in the carpenter when I moved in. I took pictures when I moved in and sent them to the rent office, which are useless as they just deducted my deposit. One of two rooms is empty all the time since I am the only one live there. I didn't live there during summer and winter vacations. I kept the apartment very clean. They know that. I was told that they would deduc

I lived here for 16 months and had very bad experience. They don’t stand up on to their words. Very much money minded and many times felt like they do not even respect you as a tenant. They try to charge for each and everything. Would not recommend them as an option to rent for.
