I have been a home owner for 29 years we have had three managers for Ashlar Hill Condominium .No one sent out letters to let us no we have a new Management CO. Tidewater Property is the worst If I could I would give them a zero. I emailed them numerous of times about the trash and snow. The trash at one time had not been picked up for two weeks with rats running around .When it snowed the people they hired put all the snow in front of your mailbox and you could not get in. Shannon or Kate Cornell never emailed me back thanks a lot for your concern. I even sent you pictures to show you I was not lying. I am a senior citizen that live on the third floor and the intercom system has not worked in eight years. I wonder what do they do with my condo fees that I pay every month.

Tidewater managed my rental property for just over 12 years. I found them to be a great team that worked diligently, professionally, and faithfully communicated great over the years. Their remote and online services were great for me as someone living abroad and they were perfectly capable of handling everything I needed. From handling basic matters to problematic tenants, they were more than capable. Finally, as the time came to sell my property, Cody Bishop provided an excellent service that gave me exactly the kind of service and experience I needed to get across the finish line. He led me through the whole process, patiently answered questions, and was there to support all the way through to closing and wrapping it all up. Thank you Cody and the whole team!

THE WORST company on the planet. No one ever answers the phone, they always have excuses, "it's not our fault", zero accountability. They just take your money, increase "management" fees each year, have incompetent staff ... Hasn't gotten better in the 5+ years our community has used them. GO ELSEWHERE! Because just when you thought you HEARD it all ... now their "third party" payment processing company is down. MIND BLOWN. Can this hack job of a company get any worse!?? Never have I tried to log into any banking/finance/payment website and been denied because it's not working. They literally are bottom of the barrel.
