We have worked with American Mortgage few times over the years. We have had the opportunity to work with Dan Nevels. Dan has helped advise us what we should do on how to put us in the best home buying position. He always kept us updated on each step. We was ready to buy our forever home this time. We reached out to Dan again this year. He had got us set up with the best interest rates we have ever been able to get. If anyone would need advise or help with getting a mortgage. Our family would highly RECOMMEND Dan Nevels.

Jason gave us the run around for three months. He wouldnt return phone calls or emails, until we called him multiple times. He kept telling us that by the end of the week our builder would be approved and we would close on the loan. After three months of him telling us that, we told Jason that we needed a for sure answer by the next Monday or we would go elsewhere. That Monday came and went and he didn't even care to call or email us. Save yourself the heartache and go with a bank that actually cares about their clients and communicates, because Jason at Thrive is not that.

The team at American Mortgage is so helpful and friendly! They take their time to explain and educate, making a complex process understandable and attainable. Would recommend to a friend, I cannot say enough good things about their work! Always there to help.
