Tim, was great to work with. He connected with our family right away understanding our biggest needs in a new home. Tim is exceptional. His advice and recommendations were spot on in readying our property for sale and selecting the right price point to attract the greatest interest. He timed everything perfectly. Tim posted the property on a Wednesday afternoon as "coming soon," and the property went live to the public on Friday morning. By then, we already had more than a dozen showings scheduled.
