My experience with Danielle Vinson of Plum Tree Realty was definitely a 5 stars experience! Danielle is very professional and compassionate. Her knowledge and experience helped me get through the tough parts of selling the home of a family member who passed way too soon. I am grateful for her expertise and kindness.

My family's realtor works with Plum Tree and they honestly provided the best experience possible when purchasing my first property. Milford Allen is amazing, caring, knowledgeable, and one of the kindest people I know. He also advocated for me throughout the entire process and helped me feel more comfortable with home ownership.

One of their agents (kendra) sent me a pre-approval for a rental and then ghosted me. I have sent followups every couple days for weeks now. Tried calling, texting, and messaging on zillow. If we did not qualify (we make almost 100k a year and rent was only 1200 so dont see how thats possible) it takes 10 seconds to communicate that. We were ready to move forward and pay all rent and fees immediately and were really interested in this property that would have been perfect for my family. Highly unprofessional and extremely disrespectful after spending a good amount of time filling out forms to just to be ghosted.

Christina Strickland helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home and I am so grateful. The process was very overwhelming at times but Christina’s knowledge and guidance helped keep us grounded. We had a few let downs and set backs and by the end of it had been looking for 6 months. Towards the end we were starting to get very discouraged but she encouraged and reassured that we would find the one and we did with her help! She was always available to us for any questions, concerns—always on top of things. She worked hard to get us to our closing date and in before Christmas. I think what makes her a great realtor from our personal experience is that she doesn’t back down to get things done for her clients and you can also tell that she genuinely cares for her clients even after the sale

Christina Strickland does an amazing job. Everything was transparent and upfront. She definitely puts in the work to get your home sold. Would recommend 100% doing business with her. Pending in 4 days, closed 17 days before expected. 5 stars is not enough.
