Tom was great to work with and very responsive. He did a great job of thoroughly inspecting our new home and helping us find some things that could be potential future problems or were current issues. It helped us find out we had a few leaks in our roof and we were able to negotiate a price on the home that reflected us having to replace the roof. It gave me a laundry list of items to also negotiate the price of the home down with and keep an eye on as we start living in the home. He was easy to communicate with and his prices were reasonable. I called Tom for a pre offer inspection, then for a full inspection and sewer scope. He caught potential issues I never would have thought of looking for. Great communication and very reasonable pricing! I even got a discount on the second inspection for being a repeat consumer. Would definitely recommend!
