Very rude person to deal with. We contacted Rick about a property, and we felt we were insulted and belittled. I have never been spoken to by a salesman in such a way ever, and needless to say we didn't purchase the property from him. Fortunately there are plenty of actual realtors out there who are able to communicate in a respectful manner. I don't understand why Rick had to be so mean and aggressive. We had cash and were ready to buy, but he wouldn't even attempt to deal with us. It was the strangest encounter with a real estate seller ever.
