I encountered this company by doing work for them. I acquired a rental property after and have had nothing but amazing interactions with Katie and Tom. Their customer service is amazing especially Tom with late night maintenance calls. They go above and beyond for their tenants. If you are relocating to rice lake I highly recommend this company. When I’m ready to purchase I’m confident I’ll do business with them.
