We can hear our neighbors tv clear as day below us from their living room from ours as well as their children playing. Tenants are constantly beeping car alarms during quiet hours & are smoking within 15 feet so the rules AREN’T being enforced!! Not to mention, you hear doors slamming all day every day because the walls are very thin and good luck not having difficulty locking your doors because they don’t align. Overpriced for what’s included.

Cheaply made apartments with rude property manager. There was so much damage from the previous tenants that we documented and informed the property manager about as we moved in and they still took our whole security deposit for all of these damages. Kitchen cabinets literally fell off their hinges, the kitchen and bathroom sinks were leaky, there were stains in the carpet and on the wall that they charged us for, as well as holes in the walls from large nails. The front door would open on its own when it wasn’t locked, the window blinds fell out every time we tried to open them, the closet door broke, and the silverware drawer would fall in to the counter when you tried to open or close it. Here's the review I wish I would have read before I moved in. Lived here for 2 leases and enjoyed living here overall. Deduction for stars is for the cost of the apartment for the little things that you will deal with while living there. I could no longer afford the rent. It is way overpriced. Walls are very thin, I could hear my upstairs neighbors have a conversation in their living room if I had no TV on. The cabinets and appliances look nice but are cheap. They have had some Property Manager turnover since I first moved in, so there was some miscommunication on a few things as they transitioned which I won't fault them for. DO NOT rent from SCSwiderski. The property is great, staff is great, big spacious apartment. Expensive- and on top of it being expensive, corporate enjoys stealing more money from you. Baby on the way, mortgage to pay, plus moving-in expenses, and they still want me to fork over not only $1,000 in rent though we aren’t living there, an additional $1,700 for damages that should be covered in not only my security deposit, but the pet security deposit as well. They want to charge ME for past pets and the worn carpet of 3.5 years. We were there 1.5 years, and have to pay the remaining “life span” of 3.5 years ($2,600 charge) after we were told when we moved in that they were going to replace it before us but didn’t. Kelly worked very hard to get us a place and we really like the place she picked out. We needed ground floor and garage not too far away. She got us that and much more. A walk in shower and master bedroom suite. The best though was how professionally we were treated. Everyone one did all they could to get us into an apartment. Thank you moon Lake Estates for having such a great staff and clean places for us to live
