A Plus Inspections

My husband and I have hired Gary for 2 home inspections now and both times he saved us from complete disasters. He is very thorough, respectful towards his clients, respectful towards the homes he enters, and respectful of his privacy clause per contract. I will continue to hire him when needed and recommend others to do so aswell.

I have used Gary for all of my home purchases and recommended him to everyone I know. He is the most thorough, professional and knowledgeable person in this profession. After he has gone through a home with you you have no questions about whether there are issues or not. On one home he showed me a spot where he felt water was penetrating behind siding and I was able to put that in the offer and owner had to fix the water damage after it was confirmed after purchase.
