Horrible customer service I had to keep inquiring about my application asst manager was rude and they just take your admin because they don’t require deposits… also failed to even tell me if I’m approved or not and to deny someone over rental verification is crazy work never informed me of that info until I applied I would give them ZERO STARS could’ve been more explanation
I don't write reviews ever but I just felt the need to write one today, I had a wonderful experience talking with Yocelyn about potentially submitting an application!
I went in for a tour today and the Assistant Manager, Lisa was very helpful and informative and very patient with me and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back to complete an application.
