DeSoto Town Center

I am not the one to typically leave a bad review, but my experience with this apartment complex prompts me to. On February 13th, me and my boyfriend toured a 1 bed 1 bath at this apartment complex. The room we were showed while there was very clearly a staged room and not one that anyone would be moving into (which was fine). However, I wanted to see the actual unit we would be moving into before applying and signing a lease. I live out of state, so this tour was planned months in advance for us. Upon returning home and going over our options, we decided that we wanted to call this place home. Nice looking. I thought about moving here once. I visit the library with my kids, and I have a friend living in the apts I visit regularly, but i hate bringing my children because the hallways. They always smell like Marijuana and it lingers into their apartment, and he doesn't smoke, its uncomfortable to stay long......Thought it was a smoke-free community.

I can't say enough about the staff at Desoto Town Center. My experience has been a very pleasant one in just the 3 months I have been here. The manager Kim is always beautifying the property in some way; I've never seen a Property Manager with such passion and pride. Sandra is also amazing. She's easy to communicate with and quick to respond when I need assistance. I don't have to worry about a lot of commotion as I live by the Zen Garden. It's a very peaceful space. My son can walk to the library and neighboring eateries without me worrying if he's safe. Happy to call DTC home.

Honestly very clean complex location is great love that everything is so close to me and staff is amazing

Their parking garage area smells like marrijuana. Alot of people who park there and smoke and leave. As a current resident my unit often smells like marrijuana also due to their ventilation system. I've notified office management many times but their has been no change
