Hickory Manor 62+ Apartments

My mom loves living here at Hickory Manor! She always talk about how much help she receives from the staff members and for that I am grateful. I am so happy that my mother is enjoying her home, I just want to say to Hickory Manor staff Keep Up The Good Work.

The Hickory Manor community is a very well managed property, is very well kept, however maintenance could use some help, ther are quite a few units here and even my own needs some minor repair work. Unfortunately, the maintenance team can’t keep up due to manpower. Overall, I’m satisfied living here.

I love the apartments, but when the rent went up to 1,201. I couldn't afford the rent.I moved out in October, but still waiting for my deposit. I called and been up there several times. Alicia told me it was sent out,but this is February and I haven't seen it yet. Alicia said she will let Ms.Taylor know and ask her to put a rush on ,but still waiting? I just got my deposit (3/31/25)They changed the price from 1,205 to 786,but thankful I got something. 😁

Taylor, Alisha, and Alex are all phenomenal! My grandmother lives here and this staff goes above and beyond to take care of her and the property itself. It’s turned a 180 since a couple of years ago and I am truly thankful she lives here!

Staying here at old Hickory manor has been a good experience. My home has been renovated and is just enough space for me. Also, maintenance and management has been very prompt and pleasant when ever responding to a request for me. The location is not only quiet but beautiful. Best decision ever!
