Park at Rolling Hills Apartments

Very poor maintenance and grounds keeping. The maintenance men (all 3) ride around smoking cigarettes on that cart and half way doing people's work orders. The maintenance men should be security or something because all they do is watch people(very weird) come and go out their unit. On the weekends they park the cart in the hallway and leave it parked there for hours obstructing people from going to their units. I pay my hard earned money to live here let's at least have maintenance men that can pass a physical and actually do the job the right way.

Post made on bahalf of my mother a tenant. Unfortunately for this complex I am unable to provide a review of less that 1 star, but this is exactly what is deserves. There are many things to complain about with the complex but the most important is the fact that non of my appliances are working.For starters the stove top only has 2 isles working. The dishwasher has been non-operational since the day I moved in. Also my refrigerator has not been working for 2 days and we are coming up on a weekend and the maintenance team has refused to fix the equipment. Before my fridge went out of service I went grocery shopping and all of my food went bad. The complex refused to compensate this and it has placed a huge financial strain on my family and I this month. I would not recommend with complex i

This place is going to the dumps! There is NO Respect in these hallways, You have people running , Talking loud, Talking on phones, playing loud music, Spitting and slamming doors, walking dogs, in and out after curfew hrs. Seriously ! something needs to be addressed ASAP It's more than just you that lives here, Have RESPECT for your neighbors. Some people do have jobs and have to get up early for work.

This is absolutely not a good place to live! The staff in the office comes into your apartment when you are not in stealing your things out of your apartment! The lazy maintenant especially Jerry who never does absolutely nothing but ride around on that golf cart smoking cigarette! Jerry is constantly throwing his cigarette butt in the hallway! The maintenant staff do not maintain the hallway in each building. They don't maintain the upkeep of what's needs to be done on the inside of the apartment! This is not a place of integrity and honest that no one wants to live! People move out of these apartment as quick as they moved in! I’ve been living her since Feb.2001 mostly I have enjoyed being here And yes it got kind of noisy and a little bit rowdy when it changed from a Seniors apartment complex to families with children . but no most of them have moved out it’s very quiet again and the good days outweigh the bad days , I enjoy having nice neighbors in my building , some have moved or passed away , but I’m 85 y/o and still hrer!!!
