The Woods at Southlake Apartments

We had an excellent experience renting this apartment and couldn’t be happier with our stay. Even though the unit comes unfurnished, it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The space was spotless upon move-in, freshly cleaned, and very well maintained. The layout is fantastic — bright, open, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of natural light. The rooms are generously sized, which made it easy for us to arrange our own furniture comfortably without feeling cramped. The closet and storage space were also a huge plus, giving everything a clean and organized feel. The kitchen and bathroom were in great condition, with modern finishes and appliances that worked perfectly. Everything felt updated and well cared for. I would like to say that the woods at Southlake apartments is a great place to stay I recently stayed here with a friend for a few months and I must say the grounds are clean it is quiet and safe also we recently had a water issue pop up and my friend was at work I was still able to call to the front office and I was assisted by the front desk assistant Nari who is still able to help assist me and get a technician out in less than an hour the technician cleared up the problem quickly and we were back off to start our movie night I must say the customer service is top tier so if you're looking for a place to stay as affordable on the south side please consider the woods at Southlake apartments

I seriously had an AWESOME experience! I’ve been in the area searching for a new place to call home, and let me just tell you… my tour with NARI was absolutely amazing! The way she communicated with me, how nice and knowledgeable she was about everything—it all stood out. If I choose to live here, it’s because she definitely played a phenomenal role in my decision!

Soooo I made an appointment to get more info about a rental property and to see the model. I spoke to Kanaria B on the phone (Nari) she was very friendly. I arrived at my appointment and she met me with the same warmth. She was very attentive and she listened to my needs. She showed me the perfect model with all I needed and it was in my budget. Thank you Nari for my tour. I may be back to rent. Don’t you go anywhere. Your professionalism makes for an easy process. Guess what y’all, she even followed up with me to see where I was with my search!!!! Love it!

I came last week for a tour and absolutely enjoyed talking to Nari. The property looked very nice and clean . It looks very maintained and well kept up with. Can’t wait to move here next week into my new home in The Woods at SouthLake Apartments.
