Aslan On the River

Ten months into my lease I'm finally writing a review. Being a resident of Aslan on the River has been nothing short of great. When I initially toured Aslan, I was blown away with the quality and convenience of the community. As a working college student, being close to my university and having a peaceful living environment were my top priorities in my apartment search. The leasing office and common areas always smell pleasant and maintenance keeps up with the grounds so there isn't random trash everywhere (the trash compactor can backup on major holidays, but it's taken care of by the next business day). The community is relatively quiet with foot traffic being minimal, so I feel safe anytime of day (I take my dog on late-night walks). Move-in fees were reasonable. At the time of my app

I called maintenance and he came right away. He was polite when he arrived and helpful. He fixed my problem quickly… probably the best maintenance person I’ve seen thus far

summer was amazing i came on two different occasions and she helped me answer all questions! i’m glad i got her both time! lol ! so far i love the property i definitely look for to being a tenant!

Summer was AMAZING during our tour. She was very polite and genuine, and the apartment we were able too look at felt homey, without being fabricated or too "perfect". The neighborhood is quiet and gated, and I know it'll be a joy to live there!

Attention Current and Future Residents: Please do not rent at Aslan on the River. Writing reviews feels pointless because they go unnoticed, and it is extremely difficult to reach corporate. When you do leave a review, it feels like an automated response is posted, possibly by someone in the leasing office. This is my second review, and I will continue to speak up because I refuse to be treated unfairly over my money. I personally cannot wait until my lease is up. (I will be leaving.)
