I am purchasing a home and Mr. Mike was recommended to me by my realtor. He was very professional! I was able to accompany him during the inspection. He explained in detail of issues that were found. He even explained how to fix them, where to get supplies, and how costly it would be to repair. While inspecting the house it felt as though he was inspecting it as if he was purchasing the home for himself. That made me feel really secure in his report.
