Mrs. Toia Rock has excellent customer service she was fast an efficient with the process. she made everything easy an understandable . She has great energy ..love her downnn 🥰she so down to earth. This was the mist amazing experience I ever had with dealing with apartment complex. Briana was my leasing agent she was absolutely wonderful and very professional and patience, her and Ma Morgan was the best. Today I took a tour with Toia Rock. She was awesome. She's very friendly,, professional and knowledgeable. She was patient and answered alot of my questions. My daughter's and my grandson were with me and she made them all feel comfortable. In fact got one of my daughters is interested in renting an apartment as soon as next month. I’ve lived in this complex for almost 10 years, and for the most part it has been peaceful. Many of the staff members are helpful and respectful. The light-skinned woman with locs in the office has always been kind and supportive, and the maintenance staff — especially Brian and the Spanish maintenance technician — have generally been very helpful and professional. However, my experience with staff member Morgan Greene has been consistently negative. I’ve found her to be disrespectful and difficult to work with. Interactions often feel dismissive, and when issues arise, it seems like they become harder to resolve rather than easier. Based on my experience, residents will likely have to deal with her at some point, and that has been one of the most challenging parts of living here. I have

TOIA WAS GREAT!! My family & I are moving from the big apple to ATL and got a chance to meet see the lovely Villas by the Lake and of course Ms. Toia and she was absolutely fabulous. Even with us having no applicant she was allowed us to view an apartment and gave us a lot of information that was well needed. Thank you so much again.
