I had a great experience finding my apartment. Debbie and Q were both professional, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They followed up consistently and made sure I found a place that truly fits my needs. So far, everything has been wonderful. I’m very happy with my new apartment and truly appreciate all of their support. Highly recommend!

Edwardo and Marco are wonderful. They are always efficient, professional and helpful whenever a maintenance issue comes up. They respond quickly and always do a great job. Edwardo has responded to dozens of maintenance requests and he has alway been polite, helpful and reliable!

Q was very nice and professional! He was also very welcoming and attentive. As far as the actual apartments, the buildings are rather older than most of the developments in the area but they do try to maintain them well and do upgraded which is a plus. I wouldn’t mind renting here for a year or so but I think I’d rather have something with more amenities.

Marco & Eduardo were very helpful and fixed our washing machine in a timely manner. They are always friendly and kind I appreciate that they were careful while dealing with the build up water. I don't know how they managed to not get water everywhere. I would have made a mess! Thanks a bunch Marco and Eduardo.

Never could I have fathomed a more pleasurable, welcoming, and stellar experience from a rental property and its staff! From the moment I called to express interest in renting a unit, I was greeted by Q, who was attentive and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to answer all questions and walk me through the entire application process. In a matter of days I toured a unit and was approved; I was blown away at how diligent the staff was at making it such a seamless, speedy process. The grounds of the Woodlands exceeded my expectations: well kept grounds, cozy, clean and comfortable apartments, with up-to-date amenities. Not long after I met the property manager, Julianny who exuded professionalism and care in expediting our move to the Woodlands. And to ensure that all went well, Maria o
