Jonathan Martinez has been such an incredible help since we moved in last month. Since the signing of our lease in October, we could not wait to move into the Rev. Being a personal trainer, the gym is super important to me so the amenities here are awesome. Jonathan has been super helpful every step of the way, ensuring we had a successful and easy move, and continuing to ensure we are loving where we live. Our favorite part has been the complimentary hot chocolate in the resident lounge!!! 🙂🙂

My partner and I had such a great experience when touring the facility (multiple times) and am now a resident! Anya was my leasing agent and she was/is amazing! She was so patient with us! We went multiple times and she took time with us at each visit. She never rushed us and any apartment we wanted to view and was available, she showed us. My partner and I had so many questions and Anya answered every one of them over multiple calls and emails. I appreciate the time and again patience with us being so back and forth as we wanted to be sure we were making the right choice for our family. I’m happy to say we did. The building is very nice. I recently visited REV Vermella in Belleville and felt compelled to leave a review based on how impressed I was with the on-site team. The representative Anya was exceptionally friendly, courteous, educated, and professional throughout my visit. Her knowledge of the property and her calm, confident demeanor truly reflected a high standard of customer service. During my time there, an individual (a resident or potential resident) behaved in a rude and obnoxious manner, using disturbing and inappropriate language. While the situation itself was uncomfortable and concerning the team seemed to handle it with remarkable professionalism and grace.
