It has been an absolute pleasure living in the Kearny Lofts for the past two years. THE LOFT BUILDING consists of the following: The units were newly constructed when I moved in, and I would like to add that they were beautifully constructed. Upon entering, you are greeted by an aromatic scent that fills the entire building. The fresh fragrance in the air is always a source of compliments from my guests. I am grateful for the standard cleanliness the building upholds. PARKING: In terms of parking arrangements, I am pleased with what the building has established. There is a secured gate leading into the lower deck garage, as well as ample outdoor parking with assigned parking spaces for each unit.
