As always, Julez in maintenance delivers every time. If I put in a ticket at night, he’s at my door the very next morning ready to fix whatever the issue is—always with a friendly and positive attitude. I’m glad the new management company, Meridia, decided to keep him as the maintenance technician. Smartest decision they could’ve made. I’m also extremely happy to have Paul, the previous leasing agent, back as the new property manager. Looking forward to an amazing 2026 with the new management team and ownership.

Been living here now 2 years and love it. From the maintenance staff with Jules, and management team with Sasha, always attentive. If something needs fixing, maintenance is their the next day. Quiet community, safe, and clean. Modern apartment, spacious. Had zero issues with my time here.

I never leave reviews however, it has been nearly 4 months since I paid my deposit and I have yet to receive a refund with numerous back and forth with Erline along with emails asking for updates. If they are like this with a deposit I can only imagine the experience people have living there. I 100% believe all the negative feedback! Good luck to you if you still proceed! I have lived here for 2 years and love it here. It is quiet and the team here is always eager to help. I want to specifically shout out maintenance experts Carlos and Jules who went above and beyond when my washing machine had issues. They were communicative, respectful, and fast with troubleshooting and replacing my machine. I look forward to signing my next lease.

I've never encountered a leasing office with such horrible communication. Both my partner and myself have tried multiple times over the course of multiple days to schedule a tour. It's like they're allergic to wanting new tenants. I can only imagine how poor the communication is with the people living there, if they can't even response to an apartment inquiry I can only imagine how poor they are to respond to an actual issue a tenant has.
