The Woodlands Apartments

I’ve been wanting to leave this review for a year and kept forgetting till now. I tried to update my 5 star review from 3 years ago but it won’t let me so I’m making a new one. We were only living in the woodlands for 6 months or less when I left that review. At a time of leaving the review, things were great but soon after everything changed and we were so glad to get away. If you must move to this place, ONLY go to the 3rd floor. If not, you will regret it. For the first year we were there, it was pretty quiet but that quickly changed. The wall are insanely thin…. I could hear everything in the hallways, which wasn’t super bothersome to be honest. It was the people above that is crazy. I absolutely love living here! The property is beautiful and always well-maintained. The clubhouse is amazing—it really feels like a resort with the pool, fitness center, and other great amenities that make it easy to relax and enjoy life. The staff is incredible—always professional, responsive, and genuinely friendly. The maintenance team deserves a special mention—they're quick, efficient, and always do a great job. The community vibe is welcoming and warm, and it’s been so easy to feel at home here. Plus, it's a fantastic place for dogs! There’s plenty of green space and dog-friendly areas, which makes it perfect for pet owners. I couldn’t be happier calling this place home!

Definitely don’t rent here like my family did! Paid rent on the first every month, one time paid on the 5th of the month and was served with a notice to quit the day prior! Move out day came and has went, thank god! Still waiting for security deposit return. Not saying anything further because them “girls” in the office have no empathy, compassion, or manners! Good luck trying to reach someone in the office, maintenance requests go unanswered, horrible condition of a couple appliances, the list goes on and on I wonder how much they paid the people who posted positive reviews. New apartment complex going in right next to them too!

Long time resident (moved in upon completion of inital construction 5 yrs ago). Just want to thank maintenance staff for their hard work during & folliwing the worst snow storm in many years. They have been out almost round the clock plowing & cleaning up snow and I want to reconize their hard work under these difficult conditions.

It's going to be difficult leaving this review without sounding like a sales representative for the Woodlands community. This is just an honest review from a long time resident. I truly can't say enough good things about the woodlands. The amenities are beautiful stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, indoor year-round swimming pool, gym, the function hall is like something you would see at a five-star resort, with a fireplace, flat screen TVs and even a pool table. It is also equipped with a full kitchen. The function hall is a perfect place for family parties! There is also a beautiful fire pit and barbecue grilling area. The list goes on! 100% the nicest place in town! My favorite part of being at the woodlands has to be the community and the staff. I came to the woodlands du
