The sale took place in July after a very difficult time for our family, as my mother -the seller- was facing a recurrence of cancer. Throughout the process, Craig showed exceptional kindness and professionalism. He went above and beyond to support my mom, bringing her books and genuinely caring about her well being. Even after the sale, we’ve remained friendly and he has been very accommodating while renovating the historic home, allowing me to access when needed. It’s clear the property is being restored with care and respect, and we are confident it will be beautiful once completed. We are deeply grateful for this experience.
