Liz n staff at Middlebury arms r amazing. Liz went above n beyond to help me. My situation was difficult n Liz n office staff made it happen. They tolerated my constant phone calls n worked quickly to get me into n apartment. I'll never b able to thank Liz enough. I'm in a clean adorable safe apartment. Thank u so much!

great place to live if you want to be woken up all hours of the night to your whack job neighbor screaming to herself and threatening to kill people (this has been an ongoing issue most of the time the lady has been here and theyve done nothing about it)

Extremely paper thin walls, no insulation, and no type of sound-proofing whatsoever. You can literally hear other people's conversations and TVs next door. This building was designed so cheaply.

They never even call you back or answer any of your questions...... unprofessional

Quite comfortable living with the greatest maintenance
