I had an emergency maintenance request this past Sunday. I've never had an "emergency" request before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Sent it in through the portal at around 8 a.m., problem was fixed by 11 a.m., huge relief. Chris was the maintenance guy called. I fully expected him to be pissed as he was dragged out of his house early Super Bowl Sunday morning, but nothing could be farther from the truth. He had a great attitude and was legitimately happy to help. That goes a long way in my book.
We have lived here for the past 3 years and it honestly just keeps getting worse and worse. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE. Not only are the buildings falling apart and not being kept up with but when you bring issues to the managers attention she does nothing besides say that “she will send out an email”. Okay, what is that going to do? But then to top that, she never even ends up doing that so that just goes to show how much of a priority the tenants are. Examples; 1. My packages were stolen out of the mail room and when I told management about it, she said that she would send out an email warning everyone else. She never did that. 2. They were drilling in my walls one day. We got no heads up, or warning that they would be doing very loud construction work in the building. My 1yo
Rent is now $1975 a month. They raised the rent $575 in 3 years. The building is sinking in just like the one across from me. No one lives there now. My bedroom floor has more dips in it now than it did when I moved in. Surprised I have not fallen into the downstairs apartment. The sink holes in the floor are really bad. Stress cracks in the walls and outdated cabinets, fridge, in the kitchen. Outdated shower. This year they have done some work on the apartment. New carpet, finally got baseboards after 5 years. So excited about that! New AC and flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. New deck on the porch. New entering apartment door. Updated building hallways and doors. It almost looks like a 1215 a month apartment. Summer is not over and the swimming pool is green. My one bedroom apartment
This place is a great place to live. I recently moved out and I can say compared to other apartments in the area the rent is on the low end. The staff, especially Kelsey, are very professional and address concerns promptly. Tommy and the other maintenance workers make needed repairs as quickly as possible. The maintenance team responds to emergency calls even in the middle of the night. There have been multiple upgrades to the property including hallways and the fitness room just to name two. I would recommend River Park Landings to anyone.
I've been living at River Park Landings for almost a year. The staff is outstanding. The office manager, Alisha, has always gone out of her way to help me with questions, paperwork, etc. The maintenance crew, Dana and Jonathan, are great. They've taken the time to help me put in my extra air conditioner, replace blinds, etc. This past winter, we had a weekend that the temperatures dropped into the -20's with the wind chill, I left a message on the emergency maintenance line around 11:00 pm on a Saturday, because I had a heating issue, they returned my call right away and were here within a half hour. They replaced my thermostat, flushed the radiators, even gave me a space heater to use while they fixing it. Jonathan called in the morning and also came over to make sure it was worki
