The Willows at Ventura

I received a lease violation at The Willows at Ventura with five accusations against me. Only one of them was true — yet the violation that triggered it was a false claim that my dog urinated off my balcony. In reality, what they saw was condensation runoff. In fact, Carlos even showed me the photo from the complaining neighbor, and it clearly showed condensation droplets — darker only because of dirt runoff. This is not pet waste, and I have documented that other balconies across the property show the exact same runoff patterns. When I went in to discuss this, Carlos was the first to assist me. Just toured The Willows at Ventura, guided by Juan Perez and all i have is great things to say! He was very professional and thorough. He gave very honest and helpful responses to all of our questions, and we had a lot. I highly recommend seeing him if you are looking to move here:)

Couldn't be more happier to move in on this beautiful and vibrant community. The units are spacious and the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive to any concerns -The Assistant Manager Michael and the leasing team made our move in process so easy. And also the location is perfect with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. I especially appreciate the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful common areas. But what really sold me was the huge gym they have in the community. And A+ on the sauna and steam room they have on both men and women restroom nearby the gym area. If you guys are looking to find a new home. This place is one or by far the best apartment units here in ventura county.

Valarie is the best! I moved into The Willows a few days ago and can’t say enough about this place. It’s beautiful, the amenities are amazing, and the staff are incredibly pleasant, patient, well-informed, personable, and professional. Valarie gave me a tour and walked me through the entire application process step by step. I love this community, it’s quiet, very well maintained, and the amenities are truly top tier.

Had a great tour at The Willows with Juan Perez. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Really appreciated how helpful and approachable he was. Definitely recommend touring with him!
