The Willows at Lincoln Park

I've been living here for a month and I love it!! Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, you don't see people sitting in front of the buildings which I hate, it's secure and hard to get into unless you're buzzed in or have a key. Has washer and dryer in every unit and dishwasher too. There's also parking in the building and lots of Parking in the street too and it's close to everything. The office staff was very friendly and patient and helped me so much with the process.it was a long process as far as the behind the scenes paperwork but it was all worth it!!

If a zero rating was possible that is what I would give. I have been here for ten years now and the property has gone to hell. They do not clean the front porch steps. It is disgusting. The carpet when you walk In the front hall is despicable. The glass doors and windows to the entrance (front and back) never gets clean, unless it is time for the city inspectors to come. The washer and dry vents have never been cleaned since I moved here (10 years ago). Management does not enforce rules and regulations that are listed in the lease. Tenants do not comply with the rules about noise after 10pm at night ( running and jumping non stop). Management doesn’t seem to care about my quality of life. Garbage cans have been smelling all summer and I have requested management to address this— multiple

I just recently moved out of the Wilows at Lincoln Park (due to relocating to a new state) afted 4 years of living here and it was great. I never had any issues with any of my neighbors. Felicia, the property manager, was great and very professional. Whenever I had any issues, she always responded quickly and made sure that it was taken care of promptly. Charles, the maintenance man was amazing. Any maintenance issues I had, and if it was a maintenance emergency, no matter the time, he always came to fix it. And if he couldn't fix it himself, he always made sure to contain it and get it fixed as soon as possible. They also throw many events for the tenants and also for the kids at the properties. This is a great place to live.

I have been a resident at the Willows at Lincoln Park for 9 years. Getting accepted there was a dream come true. The management and staff from my experience are kind, courteous and very professional. The super does an outstanding job maintaining the property. I love my apartment and I would gladly recommend these properties to anyone who are looking for a place to live comfortably and safe.
