Awesome Staff! If I can give a higher review I would do so. How you treat your residents matters and makes a big difference. Hats off to Maggie and JT who are amazing and made me feel welcome even before I arrived at The Willows where the presentation of the community is exceptional. They are highly accommodating and deeply committed to the residents inclusing the friendliness of other staff members. Kudos! I highly recommend The Willows that makes you feel part of the family.

The team was super friendly and helpful, despite my frustrations at times, they continued to be helpful and professional. My only complaint is the challenge of actually speaking to someone in the office. Most of the time I’d get the answering service instead of the office. I did learn to leave messages and the office DID call back, so it all worked out in the end. Over all we dealt with some very patient, kind, smiling, and friendly people. And I love living at Willows thus far!

I lived at The Willows Ashley Park for 5 years, in 2020 to mach 07 2025 everything was great with the previous owner Everything changed with the new owner. They started adding extra charges to the rent every month. You have to pay for the complex's electricity and water, and the garbage, which by the way, went days without being collected, but they still charged for it.I had a 1-bedroom apartment, then I moved to a 2-bedroom one when the nightmare started.It was on the first floor but there is another apartment in the Grounds I couldn't watch TV because the neighbor didn't like me turning on the washing machine, much less having visitors. I filed more than 20 complaints in a month, but they did nothing. I called the police. The neighbor and his girlfriend argued every morning and smoked m

Thoroughly satisfied! Immediate response to request of a heating/thermostat issue! Toby solved and fixed the issue within minutes! Excellent service! The Willows are truly blessed to have such a competent and dedicated employee on their staff!

I would caution anyone considering renting here due to serious communication and management failures. I reported a wildlife issue (multiple flying squirrels) and was told multiple times there was no problem until I finally provided video evidence showing otherwise. Only then did management acknowledge the issue. Even after that, responses were slow and inconsistent, with long gaps during a time sensitive habitability situation. Management approved a temporary hotel stay and confirmed reimbursement in writing. While I waited for guidance I was told would come, communication stopped for days and I incurred additional lodging costs. Once the issue was finally addressed, management reversed course and attempted to place a significant portion of the approved costs back on me. I guarantee this
