We wanted to move out of coastal GA and get a decent amount of land and a house we could make our own. Tom was amazing from start to finish! There was a hiccup out of our control with the selling of our previous property, but Tom and my husbands agent kept in communication to male this purchase happen. If we were to add land to our new place, Tom would be my go to. Or if I had people asking for an agent. Cant thank him enough for all the time he took and for helping in making this dream house possible!
