Chris did a great job in a very difficult selling market. We had four contracts by investors who cancelled at the last minute, and he persisted until we finally had a confirmed buyer (a real homeowner which was great). He went above and beyond. Only minor criticism is that our MLS listing could have been better; it didn't really highlight features of our house. Our advise to other sellers is to fix or replace EVERYTHING possible as these investors/buyers are very picky, wanting the newest appliances, roofs, and equipment. We probably should have done so before putting our house on the market at the beginning, to get a better price in a faster time.
