We would like to thank Kevin for doing a great job during a home inspection. He was very professional and did a great job. Kevin found some questionable water spots during the inspection and we ended up paying extra for the mold test, which saved us from purchasing a home that came back with MAJOR mold levels. He specifically took samples from the spot he saw, so we really appreciate his due diligence in his work. Would definitely recommend him and his services to anyone buying a home. Thank you!

Kevin was very thorough and I appreciated how detailed the report was. I am so thankful that he did such a great job as he found things I wouldn't have realized until I had purchased the home. It's definitely the most expensive home inspection I've paid for but it was cheaper than the fixes to the home I was thinking of buying would have been so totally worth it.
