The Wildwood at Main

I hate living here. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The “emergency maintenance” is a complete lie, they will not be able to help you. The office didn’t help me get into my online portal even though I emailed them over and over for the entire year I lived here. Meaning I cannot pay rent which is an essential part of RENTING. Property management is ridiculously terrible, they will pressure you into moving here and provide no support whatsoever. They threaten to tow if you don’t have a parking pass and then only do it the first night. They don’t care about their residents or their building. A light broke in the hallway and was a fire hazard that didn’t get fixed for several weeks. Not to mention the insane amount of random dirty laundry left in the halls and outside. What a true blessing! I am absolutely amazed at how wonderful, friendly, professional everyone is at Wildwood at Main! Julie is such a wonderful person, she works so hard in trying to show apartments that would fit your needs and she truly enjoys her job. Amber, is a Godsent. Amber does not waste time in processing new tenants paperwork! Amber loves her job and she is so excited to be able to call with the great news of “Picking up your keys”! I appreciate her commitment and determination to get me in before Christmas! The apartments are beautiful and very well maintained and beautiful.

I recently moved into The Wildwood at Main, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean and modern design. Jason has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free. The amenities here are top-notch, with a well-equipped gym, a beautiful area, and a cozy community lounge. My apartment itself is spacious, with plenty of natural light and high-quality finishes. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, The Wildwood at Main has exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to call home.

I absolutely love my apartment. I couldn’t chosen a better place. The place is very close to the movie theater and other shopping centers. It is so convenient. The apartment is way beyond my expectations. Although it did take a while for the application process longer than I expected, the lady in the office was very helpful for me and my children. She has a heart of gold. I had actually moved in with no money down and no rent for the month of September. I was very elated and relieved to have a home. I would definitely Recommend these places to anyone the application process is long, which I wish it could be a little bit shorter, but I know that there is policies and procedures that has to be followed. It’s been nothing but disappointment for this place. If you move out, you must keep on them to get your security deposit back or else you will never get it. Even when you do stay on them, they will carry it out forever. I still have not received my deposit back and I have moved out over a month ago. They are extremely hard to get a hold of and often times do not get back to you. The complex itself felt very dirty. Neighbors very inconsiderate and oftentimes there would be yelling and shouting outside, even at midnight. Cops are ALWAYS there, times where they come in the middle of the nights with lights on due to fights happening outside. There has been lots of management turnover. Pretty sad this place is brand new and is already trashed. This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star review. St
