Catalyst on Main Apartments

We had a great experience living here. The amenities were a plus. Andrew was great finding the right fit apartment unit for us. He answered any questions we had. Maintenance requests were prompt. Beautiful apartment. Lobby was relaxing with music to unwind and check mail. One drawback was the hike in rent increase. Overall, highly recommend.

Manager is great not so sure about maintenance though

I have always had a great experience with everyone and have been a tenant at various Forward management owned apartments for the past 15+ years. I relocated to KS and was sad to leave my last complex and the nice people at Forward Management but super happy that I am now moving back to WI. I worked with Sarah this time. She was so helpful and took the time to show me different floor plans and the community. Catalyst on Main is beautiful and I can not wait to move in March.

Oh man where do I start, on the surface they are great, the building is very nice, staff puts their best foot forward, and everything seems to good to be true. Well that’s exactly it. I moved in in February of 2022, and it seemed like everything was great. My girlfriend then moves in and within 5 days, her car was stolen from the parking lot. The manager at the time, Sarah, lied to us about there being cameras in the parking lot (there weren’t) and took the police officer back to view the cameras when there were no cameras to view. A few months later, a current resident tried to break into my vehicle WITH ME IN IT, and the manager Andrew, didn’t seem to have a care in the world until I notified police (again) and corporate management. I posted the incident on Facebook to make others aware

My fiancé and I moved into The Catalyst on Main within the first month of the complex opening. Our experience has been amazing! Management has been excellent! We feel right at home and have plenty to do right in the complex. Our apartment is so beautiful it actually feels more like a ranch style home. It’s also a plus to be so close to so many stores and shops!
