The landlord was very flexible with the tour with me having to reschedule due to things popping up, she was very clear on all of the things needed to apply, she was nice and responsive, and I would love to move here just knowing I will have a landlord who cares about the tenants and is nice! We came in for a tour! Andrew was exceptional. Very kind, if our decision was based strictly off of his personality it would be a win! Keep this guy around.

I went in for a tour with Ms.Yuvi Poline the property manager at Crosstown! And lemme say first, I love the apartment I got to tour!! And I love Ms.Yuvi too!! She was great and very welcoming!! It was a pleasure.

I was told we would have storage and in unit laundry. When we viewed the model unit we were told that ours was not available for showing yet. The advertised "move in $300 special advertised on the website and discussed with building Manager #1 of the 3 we had during our stay at time of signing informed us that the ad was old and would not be honored... the cost was suddenly significantly more than previously discussed. However the moving deadline forced us to figure it out. We then learned our "in unit" washer and dryer were actually coin op machines in a persistent state of disrepair. Oh! And let's not forget to mention the bathroom ceiling flooding not once... not twice.. but 3 TIMES in the first month of what should have been a 6 month lease. I am about to close the door for

Walked in today for a showing. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and professional. I was able to go on a tour the same day. Love the updates done to the apartments.
