Marten Building & Design

We recently finished our build with the Marten team and we cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. We only had a few hiccups that occurred due to the property we bought but the Marten team helped us navigate them so smoothly. The building process was otherwise straightforward and so easy to navigate! We felt Marten always gave us their honest recommendations and advice about each decision, looking out for our best interests but we never felt like we were being pushed into making any decisions. After completion of the build they continue to treat us so well and support us even after we have moved in! This is absolutely our dream home and we look forward to many years in our Marten home.

From home design through the building process to the final product, we had a fantastic experience with the Marten Building and Design crew. Everyone we worked with was friendly, courteous, responsive to our needs, and remarkably competent. Our home was finished on budget and, for all intents and purposes, on time (less than 2 weeks beyond the initial projected completion date). The owner (Randy Marten) spent a day with us driving around the area to help us find the the perfect location for our new house. From start to finish, their team was incredibly responsive and hands-on, always available to answer questions and address any concerns. What truly impressed me was their thoughtful approach to the entire process. Randy and his team are amazing! Excellent quality, project management, responsiveness, subject matter experts, strong team of sub's, and the list goes on. Marten helped us design and build our new home while being on an ex-pat assignment 9,000 miles away in New Zealand. Despite time zone differences and not being able to be physically present during the build, the project went very smoothly with outstanding results.
