The Warehouse Apartments

When I first moved here in March of 2019, I knew I was getting a place that was older and would therefore have fewer "modern" conveniences. But with its own parking lot, convenient location, high ceilings and industrial charm, I was happy to get my one bedroom on the second floor. Yes, my windows overlook all of the dumpsters, and no, I can't open my windows from April-October because of the smell and flies (those big meat-eating green kind), but eh, I was actually okay with that too. I was given a small but dry storage unit on the ground floor and there was no "pet fee" at all. The fact that there were only three washers and three dryers (they are 2002 models) for 39 units seemed a bit ridiculous, especially considering that they charge $2.00 per load for each machine, but hey, at least I

To anyone moving here in 2022 and after, the negative reviews are from a bunch of old Karens who made something called a “tenant’s association” because management cut down a rotting tree last year. They didn’t have a property manager for a while but we’ve had one for about 2 years now. The current one is really kind and responsive. She’s come to my apartment to personally look at an issue I had and got it taken care of. I love living here and I’m proud of the property. Neighbors are friendly, management has a direct number and email and this place doesn’t deserve a 1 star.

Update: There’s no property manager and no response to emails that are sent to management. The very minimum is being done on upkeep. No response about renewals and rent is going up 10-13%. Requests about the amount of increase in case we’d like to renew are not responded to. The location is great, but if you can find another place to live, you'll have a better experience as a tenant. Unfortunately, the repairs are half-a**ed, I paid over $200 for electricity one month because of the poor insulation and inefficient heating units, and management is unresponsive.

The Warehouse is great! Amazing location, super close to everything downtown. The apartment is spacious and has a lot of natural light from the huge windows. It’s updated, clean, and a very safe place to call home! Would definitely recommend.

I'm a new resident of the Warehouse. I find my neighbors very friendly, the bldg is very clean, and the apartment is extremely spacious. I'm looking forward to a very nice future here. The bldg is also dog and cat friendly!!!
