The Cobalt

I've lived her for a little over two years. My time here has been pleasant. I moved here due to the proximity of the train station and how close of a walk it is to downtown. Those are huge perks. I have no complaints about the building or staff. Maintenance fixes things in a timely manner and the office staff are extremely approachable and helpful. I've had no issues reaching out to the office or even just stopping in of I had a concern. Yes, the weekly Friday breakfast is missed but I wouldn't move because of it. How many other buildings offer that...none!

I’ve been a resident here for some time, and it’s disappointing to see how much things have changed recently. Over the past few months, there’s been a real decline in management and overall service. New people have been showing up around the property, seemingly making decisions, but no one really knows who they are or what’s going on. What’s even more frustrating is that many residents didn’t even know that our original property manager, Magaly, was no longer here. She and Johnathan, the leasing agent, were both incredible — professional, caring, and made this community feel like home. Since they’ve been gone, things have really gone downhill. The office staff now are unapproachable and, frankly, rude at times. There’s a lot of confusion and what feels like disorganization behind the scene

Spent 5.5 years at the Cobalt, recently moved out. Great place to live. Place is quiet, neighbors are friendly, maintenance makes timely repairs. They use to hold events for the residents, I'm not sure if they still host events. Staff was very responsive and made the process easy and simple from move in to move out. It was a stress-free living environment, and I enjoyed my time there.

I’ve been a resident for only a year but am very pleased with the Cobalt. Magaly, the manager, is wonderful, the place is quiet and the neighbors are pleasant. Recently needed maintenance on my AC during the peak of the heat wave and it was repaired in an extremely timely fashion. Although there was a recent change in personnel in the maintenance department, the level of efficiency remains the same. Johnathan, the previous leasing agent, was one of the deciding factors in my choosing the Cobalt. His attention to details, remembering tenants names/personal information and offering “community building” events made him an asset to the facility. We recently moved out of the cobalt after living there for 7 years. We loved living there and it’s a great location. Magaly the property manager is fantastic. She’s very communicative and helpful. We only used maintenance a handful of times but they come quickly for repairs. The building is a mix of young working professionals, families, and the elderly.
