The Davenport

My husband and I recently just moved to The Davenport in July and we really love it so far! Very dog friendly so our doggos love it too! For the price, apartments are super spacious, well kept and clean. Right in the heart of Somerville, which is bringing in new businesses by the day so there is a lot to do. The staff is super attentive and respond to messages and maintenance requests right away. We will definitely be settling here for a while!

Very nice apartment. Stayed here for a year, it was very clean and safe and the leasing agents/managers are very nice and cooperative . The place is also right on downtown Somerville, so you have easy access to so many nice restaurants, shops, and bars.

Laura did a wonderful job showing us the apartment. She was very professional and answered all of our questions and more. The building was clean and had great amenities.

I have lived at the Davenport for nearly 2 years now and can confidently say that it is a great place to live. Super convenient walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery store, banks, train station, etc. Garage parking, workout facility, pool table, quiet courtyard are all a plus as well. Never had any issues with neighbors or noise complaints. Overall a great place to live.

The Davenport has surpassed every expectation from the very start of our move-in process. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming! Not to mention, they are incredibly communicative and professional. The entirety of the move in process was seamless and the apartments are absolutely stunning. The modern aesthetic, high-end appliances, spacious closets, living space and decor are just some of the many things that make my fiance and I proud to call The Davenport home. Not to mention, the location couldn't be more perfect. The train station, food store, restaurants and shops are all within a very short walking distance. We would recommend The Davenport to anyone looking for a lively town to live in- we couldn't be happier with our decision to move here!
