The Vista Apartments

I lived at the Vista for over 3 years and loved every second. Started in a 1bed/1bath, then upgraded to a 2bed/2bath with a baby. Absolutely no complaints! Amenities were great. I loved being able to use the gym any time of the day, and it is full of families. Any maintenance issue was addressed and fixed within a day. Some of my neighbors have been there for almost a decade! Sad to leave, but so grateful for my time here!

Since moving in this past April, my partner and I have consistently regretted our decision. While the property appears attractive at first glance, the quality of living has been disappointing. We’ve experienced ongoing maintenance issues, rodent problems, and noise from neighboring units that make the space far from comfortable. Unfortunately, management has been largely unresponsive when we’ve sought help sometimes for weeks. Considering we pay over $2,200 per month for rent and utilities, the overall experience has not matched the cost. Parking is also a persistent issue, with limited availability and frequent overcrowding due to them not policing the lot with abandoned vehicles. I almost never write reviews for things, but I had to share my experience. Since my partner and I moved here in August, we have regretted our decision at least once a week. I always say that our apartment feels like a movie set apartment- it’s purely there just for looks. Things are constantly breaking down/not usable, we have had rodent problems, loud/unhygienic neighbors, and unresponsive management. We are paying over $2,200 a month for rent and utilities, so it’s not like this is a “you get what you pay for” situation. The parking is terrible with never enough spots. We have tried to get out of our lease but they have refused. Do not waste your time or money here!

I just moved out of these apartment after living here for almost 3 years. I think rating them three stars is appropriate! I removed 2 stars because for MONTHS I had a horrible mice problem, And to my knowledge, it is something that the whole apartment complex is dealing with as the first day I moved in I noticed that there were mouse traps behind my refrigerator from the last tenant. They ran around my apartment for months and management was not urgently addressing the matter. It was HORRIBLE, I found one trying to get into my dinner on my stove one night! This seems to be in issue in the other reviews as well. To be honest, it’s a nice place to live. The neighborhood is safe and very family oriented. I’ve never been there and felt unsafe. absolutely love living here! My apartment is beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, and the community has such a welcoming, friendly vibe. The staff are amazing — always professional, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I need anything. It truly feels like home, and I’m so glad I chose this place.
