The Club at Main Street

Absolutely a Fabulous place to live!! I moved here in August, and I am so pleased with my new home. I love the space and the little extra for an upgraded kitchen is beyond worth it. The surrounding community, Main St, is beautiful and the grounds here are meticulously maintained. I love the walking trail for walking my dogs also. I did not get to use the pool, but it looks really nice, particularly for adults. I am looking forward to the upcoming summer. The schools here are great also. I did research and Voorhees Middle School is rated higher than 2 of the 3 middle schools in Cherry Hill. I can’t praise Taylor, manager, and Crystal, assistant, enough. I lived here for 2 years (just moved out) and honestly have nothing but great things to say. The houses are spacious, the area is great, and I want to give a big shoutout to the maintenance team. They are the best I’ve ever had anywhere I’ve lived. They are quick, efficient, and they go above and beyond in every situation. Another shoutout to Taylor and Crystal in management who have been extremely responsive and really stay on top of things! The place is very well managed. Overall, I had a really solid experience here and would definitely recommend Club at Main St.

First, it is a very nice apartment . I would say that but dealing with their management may not be worth your mental health . They go up on rent every year and don’t update anything in your apartment for all the years I’ve been here. The cabinet and counter tops are outdated . The washing machine is tiny , you would not be able to get a queen size comforter in the wash. Almost every day I find an exotic bug ( scarab beetle or oversized moth) at my door or in my apartment . Maintenance could be better . I would call about the water not being hot and they would come in feel it and say” well it feel hot to me”. I had to insist and tell them that water was warm and I need hot water to shower with. They were visibly annoyed and come to find out my water heater was in fact broken. Maintenance

I have lived here 3 years, and have had so many positive experiences. The property is well maintained and lovely to walk with paths, a lake, and great amenities for dog walking. The maintenance, property management, pool, and clubhouse are all amazing. The community surrounding the complex is a pleasure with everything you need close by, clean, safe, and attractive. It is a pleasure to call the Club at Main Street our home! A big shout out to Taylor and Crystal who run the show here! You are a big reason this place is extra special!

Lived here for a month now. Maintenance requests are fast and efficient. GREAT amenities. Office is responsive quickly with any questions you may have. Not being originally from this area it is sure nice to have somewhere so nice to call home. Patio is my favorite.
