We visited here today and it's quite lovely. The neighborhood vibe is suburban and clean with a nice feel to it. The apartment layout is well designed and in great condition. The rental office staff are professional and friendly. They have a pool and other amenities. I highly recommend Burnt Mill Apartment Homes.

I like my little apartment and am very happy here. Since I was fleeing a domestic abuse situation, safety was a priority for me and the cameras and lighting are a definite plus. The property itself is maintained well and I’m enjoying the autumn foliage from my bedroom window. The train depending on what train (Amtrak or Patco) can be a little loud, but I find it charming at times. I’m looking forward to purchasing furnishings and decor to make it completely my own. Maintenance man Pat is the best & you can tell he legitimately cares about the residents Elisa is the absolute most cheerful & helpful person ever! and Katy is super sweet & kind as well.

My experience with Morgan Properties was unfortunately defined by a significant and unresolved security deposit dispute at the end of my tenancy. While the community itself was pleasant for a period, the move-out process and subsequent communication were highly disappointing and have led me to consider legal action. Upon vacating my unit, Morgan Properties withheld a large part of my security deposit. The deductions were for charges that were, in my opinion, "made up" or constituted ordinary wear and tear, which tenants should not be charged under state law. I vacated the apartment in a clean and well-maintained condition, and I had documented the state of the property with photos upon moving out. I moved into my unit almost 3years ago. I have been so pleased with the elite overall service provided. Everyone has been so welcoming: the office staff “amazing” since day 1, neighbors have been great, maintenance staff always there to assist and the grounds always clean/maintained. I’m glad I chose this location and I would definitely recommend to family/friends.

I had a great experience at Burnt Mills. Elisa, our leasing agent was an amazing help during our stay. I rented here for almost 24 months. I attended grad school at TJU in philly so being so close to the Patco was unbelievably convient. I would walk to the Patco and take the train into campus almost every day. The only negative is the age of the complex. Our apartment was old and we had some issues with mice and frequent maintenance. Tenets near our apartment are also not the cleanest and unfortunately that leads to problems. However, Elisa got on it right away and took very good care of us. The leasing office hired a team of exterminators and our issues were resolved quickly. Overall, it was a great experience with few problems and a very attentive staff.
