I absolutely love living in this apartment complex! The office staff here is fantastic, and the maintenance team is top-notch It's a five-star experience all the way The office staff is seriously the best They're super friendly and always there to help. Whether I have a question or need something fixed, they go above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of The maintenance team is incredible! They fix things so fast, it's like they have magic powersWhenever I've had an issue, they've been right on it and resolved it in no time! The apartment complex itself is awesome too. It's always clean and well-maintained. The amenities like the fitness center and pool are great I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic place to call home.

I lived in this apartment complex for three years, and I can confidently say it was one of the best renting experiences I’ve had. The management team was always professional, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about the residents. Maintenance requests were handled within 24 hours, and the property was always clean and well-kept. The community amenities—especially the fitness center and pool—were a huge plus. Maintaince guys are great here. Always so friendly and respectful to our belongs. They always come and get the work done as soon as they are available and have time. When we see them they usually ask if what they fixed is working properly and if not they will swing by to check on it. I have been a resident for years and these guys work hard every day rain or shine, hot or cold. Very appreciative of the maintenance crew. Great Job Guys.

I came to The Villas of Shaver Apartments rental office recently. One of the ladies in the office name was Jackie. She was very helpful, kind, and patient. The property was also clean and well kept up.
