The Villas at Mill Run

Great service! My smoke detector started beeping around 6 AM due to a low battery. I submitted a maintenance request around 7 AM and the technician arrived by noon. He quickly replaced the battery and even checked the other detectors in my apartment to make sure everything was working properly. I really appreciated the quick response and thorough service.

Lived here for almost 5 years and I have nothing but great things to say about this apartment complex. Always clean, neighbors were friendly, maintenance was quick to respond to issues, and the leasing office members were always nice, kind, helpful, and great! I was there long enough to see a couple of changes in the complex but it was always positive changes. The apartments are beautiful and worth the money. There is never going to be a “perfect” apartment complex without any issues but the Villas at Mill Run are (in my humble opinion) close to being perfect. I loved calling this place my home! Would 100% recommend! Also, shoutout to Gustavo for always being incredible!

While there were points of delay in the application process. I am grateful for all the support, thousands of emails and calls back and fourth to get it completed. (delay due to holiday closings and stubborn previous owner not wanting to let go a tenant that paid on time three years straight and no problems) I just knew I wouldn't be able to move in on time. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!!! Thanks to Ms. Debbie and MS. Aja. I moved in exactly on time. The apartment was very clean. I was very surprise. I am a detail cleaner and I have almost never rented a place where behind the stove and frig was that clean no stains no trash. The Hvac room I was like WOW! when they open it. I just knew I was going to have to clean it and the laundry room. Nope very clean. Although for me I still go over the whole

Additionally, the grounds are consistently well-kept, contributing to a clean and safe environment. I also truly appreciate the great amenities and the availability of good parking. I was very very pleased with the worm welcome and opened heartiness that was extended to me by Aja. The hand shake is what sealed it for me. The apartment that was shown to me had everything plus more that I was looking for. The property was well maintained. And most important I did not smell Marijuana (hate that smell with a passion) My apartment search ended with the villas I will be putting my application in. Thank you again Aja.
