The Villas At Amberglen West

I lived here alone for over 2 years. Always felt very safe and I loved my apartment. My neighbors were respectful and I never had an issue. Common areas were kept as clean as possible, office staff were always very helpful. It's a quiet area with lots of walking/running paths nearby that are also safe. The only issue is street parking, it took me 6 months to get a parking spot in the complex. The city will ticket you if you're parked illegally during the week, but sometimes you get lucky. Overall I would recommend this place!

Vyona helped us find the perfect home. So far, LOVING it! Everyone is so friendly, residents and office ladies alike. Awesome resident events, fantastic maintenance personnel, and truly a pet friendly community! They have a fair bit of accommodations for residents with disabilities as well; each building has an elevator and is wheelchair accessible. They even have some apartments with walk-in showers. Tired of old apartment buildings that are outdated? Not a problem here, everything we've seen so far is newly renovated! Look forward to seeing all the new residents soon!🥰

The staff has been very helpful and responsive. Natalie, Brittany, and Danielle in the office are always willing to pause their work to assist tenants with big or small requests. The maintenance staff is also very quick to respond and consistent so far. That's not the case at many other properties.

Vyona is honestly the best and she's literally the only reason I managed to get everything turned in on time and in the correct format. She went way above and beyond to help me through the process and I genuinely don't think it would have happened without her. From the very first tour Veyona was up front and transparent about everything (like the parking struggle) which I really appreciated. I never felt like I was being rushed or swindled into something that wasn't quite right for me. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough when answering all of our questions and concerns and made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable. A++ experience would absolutely tour with her again!! 5 stars for Vyona!

I recently drove through and ran into Ulices, the supervisor here. He was always so quick to attend my service tickets and any issues I brought up to him. Nothing but positive interactions with this guy! L I lived here a while ago but remember how well kept the property was, the pleasant interactions with the leasing staff and the professionalism from the maintenance crew.
