The Villages at Laurel Meadows

*SHOUT OUT* As a supplier visiting Villages at Laurel Meadows, I was warmly welcomed by Lexi. She was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about the property. She has an amazing personality, and it was truly a pleasure to meet someone with such positive energy. ***UPDATE*** Lexie reached out to me earlier to let me know that all my issues would be taken care of. The maintenance guys came today & took care of everything on my list INCLUDING something else that wasn’t originally on my list (electrical). I’m extremely appreciative of them for getting it done in a timely manner. Thank you Lexie & maintenance team for making me a happy resident! 😊 I moved in at the end of last month & I’m loving my new place! It’s very spacious & I love how peaceful the complex is. However, I’ve had some challenges that have been overlooked by the leasing team. The master bedroom carpet was not cleaned thoroughly, so there’s several spots of black & greenish “something” that didn’t come up when the carpet was cleaned. The carpet on the stairs were not cleaned either.

I just moved in on 3/14. Lexi in the front office is beyond amazing, kind, helpful, generous and then some. My home is beautiful and spacious. The grounds are clean and maintained. The pool and playground is well kept. The application was fast and can be easily done, Lexi helped me through it all!

I lived there since January of 2013. Has changed management companies many times. Now, cable is no longer included, you get charged $25 mandatory trash pick up even though I take it to the dumpster myself. The actual property looks nothing like the website pictures now. Pool is closed with caution tape all around it, exercise room and pool area has been vandalized. Trees are overgrown and landscape to. For the premium rental fees charged I could no longer swing it.....$1,800 plus, with electric and cable TV for one person.

Great place and great staff for the maintenance crew, Gregory Parsons a very nice, knowledgeable and respectful young man, always great to see people who excell at their job and will go that extra mile to make sure your expectations are exceeded!!!
