Summerlin Oaks Apartments

This place is horrible! Management lacks any accountability, DO NOT MOVE HERE, one dumpster, poor maintenance and don’t get even get me started on the roach infestation. Carpet is filthy, hot water heater rotted and leaking, breezeways look awful. It wasn’t like this when I moved out here, but over time, it’s become run down! I see Uhauls every week because ppl are tired of it! DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you’re desperate and want roaches to greet you at the door!

This complex was probably beautiful when first built, but now both residents and owners have allowed it to fall into neglect. Dog waste is everywhere, trash is often thrown over fences, and the pavilion is dirty. The lack of respect for the property makes the community run-down and uninviting. I would only consider this place as a last resort for those with no other options.

Too many people smoking cannabis publicly in the walk ways and they sit on the steps and you have to say excuse me to get through. These apartments are like housing projects for the expensive amount of rent they charge.

If I could give a negative star I would. Where should I start.. I can’t even get an air filter let alone decent maintenance. I am a working mother and can not even take my son to the pool on the weekend because it is closed. What apartment has the pool, laundry and all other amenities closed on the weekend.

I currently live out here now and I wouldn’t recommend NO one to move out here , the black lady in the office is real nasty and rude I asked her for her manager number and she didn’t want to give it to me because she’ll get in trouble if she get reported, when I moved in back in March of this year I emailed and called the office about the food that’s in bedded in the carpet and how the carpet was coming up and still nothing haven’t been done , roaches is crawling out the outlets , bugs at the top of the roof and silverfish is showing up still nothing haven’t been done about even got mold in my bathroom , kids bathroom messed up under the sink. My oldest son got asthma and I have a baby still NOTHING done I pay my rent monthly , before time and a little over each month. It’s hard to find pa
