Lennar at Wind Meadows South

I'll keep it simple. Do not buy from these people. They're your best friends the first couple of days but then, you become just another number. New construction is not worth it. Houses all look the same. CDD is way too much. Nightmare scenario!!

I highly recommend Ms. Elizabeth Graham as your new home consultant. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the community and the homes we toured. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and then showed us a variety of homes that met our criteria. Ms. Graham was always patient and helpful, answering all of our questions with clarity and enthusiasm. The home buying process was made so much easier and less stressful thanks to her expertise and guidance. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking to buy a new home.

Nothing too negative about the community. But be prepared for expenses. $7000 + yearly property taxes.$220+/monthly CDD fee.St Augstine grass take $250+water bill in summer. wish Lennar plants different grass for lesser water consumptions.This is for smaller lots. I wish the community have more open spaces (play area) and larger lot. The original Windmeadows had larger lots and play area without any CDD.

If you’re looking for a non typical great feel neighborhood this is it. The developer kept so much preserve area and natural high/low ground that it feels like a real neighborhood instead of a tightly packed sardine neighborhood like some other communities. Alot of open space.

We love our new home! We’ve had some ups & downs but everything has been addressed in a timely manner so far.
