If I could leave zero stars I would. We have had an ongoing mold issue for years. They paint over it say it’s gone. My apartment has been flooded twice. Once being just a few days ago. They came “fixed” the leak and left me with soaked carpets and molded dry wall and I was told “ain’t nothing going to grow” when I raised concern about mold and inquired what exactly the water was (sewage, regular water, etc) was given no answer. Maintenance laughs in your and talks to you like you’re ignorant if you raise concern. We had a stove that was against code for 6 months they only came and fixed it when the county got involved. We went 3 months without air conditioning because “nothings broke” but our apartment wouldn’t go below 76 degrees in 80 degree weather. We had to buy window units. The ren

I have been living at Village of Chartleytowne for 10+ years now. Every year the rent goes up and every year it’s harder to get any work done. I’ve been calling maintenance, emailing management, and putting work requests online for a week. The hot water in my bathroom tub has not been leaking, but running. They won’t respond to any of my communications fix it. It started out as a leak months ago and when they came to fix it all they did was turn knob so tight that I could hardly turn the water back on, and said, “It’s not leaking now”. I bet they won’t take any money off my water bill. I miss the old maintenance crew. This place is going down hill fast!

"Avoid This Place if You Can" I've been living here since the fall of 2023. Move in date was horrible. The day that I received my keys and came to my townhome, a mouse was in the mouse trap box under the kitchen sink trying to get out. I was mortified and that ruined my good mood instantly. I wanted my money back! I left instantly and called maintenance to come and remove it. I was devasted that I had to move in here after paying my deposit and signing the lease. Fast forward to months later..still rodent issues. I have several maintenance requests dating back from 2023 until now, 2026. Yes, they will send a maintenance tech to your home to try to fix the problem.
