Jennifer was great to work with. They lying complaint i have is they sent me checks to pay off my creditors. So it cost me extra interest on those accounts. I still have two accounts on capital one that aren't paid .I had to send checks via mail. Don't know how long that will take. Mail sometimes takes weeks. Didn't know they would do that should of paid my creditors DIRECTLY!!!!!!!. Also everything was fine dealing with Jennifer until Nicole got involved!!!

Dan was very helpful and understanding. He made himself available as needed and took the time to explain things to me and my husband. Thank you, Dan, for all of your time and assistance.
